Accepted in South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Alabama, and New York (pending), this 5-year certification exam all the requirements by the governing Health Departments and Department of Agriculture for harvesting and selling of wild mushrooms in each of the approved states that recognize my course. Passing the exam is required to complete the course and receive a recertification. Recertification is exam only for prior certificate holders. Please list your ID number in the shopping cart at checkout or this exam cannot be sent to you. You will receive a google form link to complete and once graded receive your PDF certificate from Tradd! Laminated IDs are not offered. The certificate is what you use for records and health department requests.
